Research On The Public Opinion Risk Of The Political And Legal Organs And Its Response

Judicial activities have substantive and procedural closure,but this does not become a basis for the judiciary to remain silent.Highlight the growing sense of the rule of law in the information society,more than ever,the society to pay more attention to the enthusiasm of hitherto unknown dynamic risk prevention of public opinion,justice,safeguard judicial authority,is an important task for the judicial organs at the present stage.At present,China is promoting the key period of "four comprehensive" strategy,the contradictions accumulated in the social transformation has become increasingly prominent,public security is facing serious challenges,the judicial organs in handling the pressure facing risks from public opinion.In the many risks to the political and legal institutions,the risk of network public opinion can not be ignored.These risks directly or indirectly point to the role of judicial cases and judicial officers to use the power of behavior,involving the judicial system,the credibility of the judiciary,a new round of judicial reform and other aspects of the judicial system.The response to the risk of public opinion,will directly related to the political and legal institutions in the people's credibility,image and authority,but also indirectly affect the development of social and political economy and regional stability.Therefore,starting from the easily lead to network public opinion link,strengthen the judgments and response of public opinion,to carry out scientific guidance and disposal of network public opinion response,long-term mechanism to increase transparency between public opinion and justice,is the new law enforcement authorities must have a realistic face and face the urgent task.This article through the literature research,the review and summary to public opinion monitoring and risk,mining interests behind the public opinion,and the status of the public opinion of the judicial organs to deal with the analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:Generally speaking,the public opinion directly to social stability,and the judicial organs to deal with the situation is still in its infancy stage,response lag with the rapid development of public opinion.Public opinion risk prevention and control,from the political and legal organs of public opinion risk awareness to the prevention and control programs,the strength of the response,the security system at all levels,can not meet the actual needs.Law enforcement authorities should give rise to the risk prevention and management of public opinion to maintain a stable level,into the law enforcement authorities in the overall work,all police officers for the implementation of the system.Accordingly,this paper argues that the information should conform to the trend of the times,the use of the rule of law and the rule of thinking the way to deal with,according to the different levels of the general officers,law enforcement authorities spokesman,actively build the overall linkage mechanism to deal with the risk of public opinion,and to solve the concept of knowledge management system is not in place,lack of coping style,rough and other issues,at the same time learn from overseas experience,theory and practice of innovation of local,promote the risk prevention and control from a passive response to active prevention.
