| At present,China is implementing the "The Belt and Road" strategy,in the context of Sino-US trade war imminent,the deterioration of the trading environment,China’s foreign trade is facing enormous challenges,through the construction of cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border e-commerce industry chain,we can help "cross the border free trade" with the relevant provinces and provincial provinces and cities.China’s proposed "Internet +" action plan proposed to provide the possibility,but e-commerce disputes also accompanied.Therefore,with the promotion of cross-border electricity providers,the establishment of e-commerce dispute resolution platform is necessary.Litigation,Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR)has an irreparable flaw in solving e-commerce disputes.Therefore,an online Dispute Resolution(ODR),which combines ADR with network technology,which is most widely used in the B2 C environment.Through the study of domestic and foreign practice,legislation and related theoretical problems,I found China started late,there are still many problems in the legal basis,industry construction and network technology.China needs to combine the development situation of China’s online dispute resolution,learn from the experience of developed countries,and build an online dispute resolution mechanism that is in line with the international community. |
