An Interactive Study Of Socialist Core Values ​​and Legislation

This paper selects the interaction between socialist core values and legislation as the research object from the perspective of the combination of socialist core values and legal construction.The paper aims to analyze the internal and logical relationship between socialist core values and legislation,study the guiding significance of the socialist core values to the legislation,and research the positive effect of legislation on socialist core values.Then,try to apply the theory of interaction between the two to practice,namely,integrate the socialist core values into the practice of legislation,so that both can complement each other.The paper can be divided into three parts,four chapters in all.In the beginning part,it will give an overview of the relationship between socialist core values and legislation.Through the introduction of the practice of socialist core values,the paper will put forward that legislation is an important way to practice the socialist core values.Then,the second part will study the interaction between socialist core values and legislation from two aspects,they are the role of the socialist core values in the legislative construction,and the impact of the legislation on socialist core values.From one aspect,the core values of socialism have a guiding role in the construction of legislation,because of the inherent consistency between the two,and the feasible guidance of socialist core values to legislation.The socialist core values are the soul of the legislation,which can provide value support and moral requirements for the legislative practice.From the other aspect,legislation can promote the construction of socialist core values.Through the analysis of the practical experiences of the core values from both ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign,it can be seen that the use of legislation to promote the construction of core values is a reference.So,it is necessary to perfect legislation to consolidate the implementation of the socialist core values.Finally,the third part will carry out the interaction between socialist core values and legislation into practice.According to the decision in the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee and “Guiding opinions on further integrating socialist core values into the legal construction”,the paper puts forward some practical paths of the improvement of legislative practice under the guidance of socialist core values.
