Research On The Selection System Of Procurators In China

In June 2014,in order to improve the judicial personnel classification management,perfecting the legal responsibility system,improve the judicial personnel professional security and promote the district court,procuratorate at the provincial level four reform as the main contents of the unified management,a new round of reform of the judicial system in the pilot rolled out across the country.Prosecutors in deepening the reform of the judicial system,selection system is an important part of the personnel system reform,but also reach the interests and the earliest start time,one of the most attention by people from all walks of life.Reform for more than 2 years,the pilot during the problems of gradually surfaced.Through case interviews,data analysis,data comparison,it is found those problems.For example,the local and administrative still exist,the interests of different groups of prosecutors,the selection of qualifications and conditions are not reasonable,and so on.Aiming at the above problems,the author believes that we should take the following measures to improve the system: first,reduce the selection system of prosecutor localization and administrative color;second,perfect the system of prosecutor selection qualifications and procedures;third,improve the lawyer and mechanism legal experts transferred to prosecutors;Fourth,improve the supporting system.Only through these pathes,we can promote the sustainable development of procuratorial work and the deepening of the reform of the judicial system,judicial justice and judicial credibility.
