The military prosecution system is derived from the general prosecution system of a country and closely tied to the country's military system.It encapsulates the political,military,and legal systems of the country and plays an important role in the national legal system,thanks to its special functions that are essential in the building of the nation's military force.An important way to strengthen our soft military power and promote the development of our country is to learn from the best practices of other countries' military censorship systems,so as to achieve scientific allocation of military prosecution power and institutional construction.As a city state founded merely 50 years ago,Singapore has perfectly combined the political and legal structures of the West with the social and cultural characteristics of the East.Their military prosecution system's commitment to and delivery of high efficiency and are worth studying.In the context of the development status of military prosecution systems across the world,especially the characteristics and development trends of two major military prosecution systems of French origin,we delve into the political background and legal basis of the formation,existence and establishment of the Singaporean military prosecution system and various factors affecting it,such as military development needs and social-historical progress,focusing on the organization structure,prosecution power,nature and status of the Singaporean prosecution system.By doing that,we are able to provide comprehensive knowledge as to the composition and features,development history,strength and weakness,and development trend of the Singaporean prosecution system.Finally,by comparing the military prosecution systems of China and Singapore,we are able to review the status quo of our own military prosecution system from a new perspective,strengthen our confidence and resolution in reforming our system,help maintain the scientific soundness and advancedness of our specialized military prosecution system,thus making the military prosecution system an important legal and institutional safeguard for the rule of law in military management and the strengthening of our military power.
