Research On The Construction Of Police Supervision System In The Period Of Social Transformation

The current Chinese society is now developing from traditional society to modern society,from agricultural society to industrial society,from closed society to open society.Social economic structure,cultural forms,values and so on are the culmination of deep changes.This is the key period of change in the social progress.How to deal with social transition is our current key topic that must be responded to.In the whole country governance and the process of construction of the country under the rule of law,optimum and impartiality is very important for the police to enforce the law,directly related to the realization of citizens' rights and maintaining social order.As the policing activities is based on the rule of law,effective supervisory system upon policing activities and police powers is needed.Administrative mandatory is required to meet the complex situation of the period of social transition,which makes it harder for us to establish effective supervision system.How to prevent the abuse of police power in the period of social transition and promote public power effectively serving the social equity and justice is very important.This paper focuses on the construction of the police supervision system in the background of how to strengthen the supervision system of the public security organs,and promote the standardization of it.In order to improve the effect of police supervising in the new period,this article combines with the theory of police supervision system construction,summarizing the research of the construction of supervision system through document review.This papers analyzes the historical evolution and present situation of the construction of the police supervision system with problem consciousness,including the internal supervision and the the judicial supervision.We analyze the matters in the process of the running of police supervision systems in our country,find out the reasons,and we propose the suggestion of how to meet the improvement of the police supervision system.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part focuses on the presentation,significance,research status,research design and innovation,making the cushion to the following parts.The second part focuses on the basic concepts and connotation,providing the theoretical basis of the thesis.The third part focuses on the status quo of police supervision system,making detailed analysis to the main problems of it.The fourth branch analyzes the reason of low efficiency in the running of the supervision system.The fifth part points out the fields that we need to pay attention to,for the purpose of perfecting the construction of the police supervising system,and provides relevant countermeasures.
