Along with the development of economy and politics, the world has entered into a new era of opportunities and challenges coexist,China is a multi-ethnic country, and our multi-ethnic areas in remote areas,in such aspects as society, economy, culture, history, etc. There are many differences between the different characteristics and other developed areas,Influenced by ethnic region unique geographical type, religion, culture and socio-economic aspects of grass-roots government official in the region will not avoid often faced with many complex social management size of the transaction,According to the actual situation of the serious, it requires grass-roots civil servants and ethnic region must have the ability to have a high professional quality.
