Performance Analysis Of College Student Village Policy

Owing to the Eyas Programme in Fengxian Jiangsu Province, college student village officials first came into being in 1995. In 2008, the policy of college student village officials became a national project and expanded to the whole country. The original purpose of this project is to consolidate the fundamental regime, promote the economic growth and help the employment of college students. The original purpose of this project is good, but the final result of it should be further examined.This essay takes Jining as an example to analyze the influence of this policy, taking fundamental regime, economic growth and employment of college students as the chief indicator. The study objects are college student village officials, grass-roots cadres and villagers. Based on the statistics of the survey, this essay uses the method of objective function, principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to test the influence of the college student village official policy. The method of objective function examines the overall level and three chief indicators of the policy. The method of principal component analysis mainly examines three chief indicators of the policy. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation examines the overall level. Finally, this essay confirms three examine results and makes a conclusion. The results show that the overall influence of the policy is ordinary, especially for the employment of college students. As for the fundamental regime and economic growth, this policy has some good effects, but it still has a great distance with the prospection of the policy.Because of the unsatisfying results of this college student village official policy, this essay analyzes the influencing factor of the policy’s results. The influencing factors are personal factors, external environment factors and the social motivation system. In particular, for the purpose of improving the influence of the college student village official policy, efforts should be made to improve the quality of college students, external environment and the social motivation system.
