Research On The Open System Of Criminal Judgment Documents Online

The criminal judgment document is the carrier of the judicial justice, and it is a written summary of the judge to the criminal judicial activity. Criminal judgment of Internet public as new documents open way, will greatly accelerate the development process of judicial openness and result in a major role, so it has important research value of China's judicial reform. But the mechanism of judicial openness in our country is still imperfect, and the documents on the Internet open process still exist many serious problems. Therefore, how to improve the criminal judicative paper online disclosure system becomes very important and meaningful.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part defines the criminal judicative paper, theoretically elaborates the connotation of judicial documents, and analyzes the practical significance of adjudicative document value and public access. The second part periodically describes the Chinese criminal judgment's development process on the Internet, and expounds the different goals in different stages of development and specific judicial practice results in our country. In the third part of the article, it mainly explains that research in the criminal judicative paper online disclosure system in our country is not mature, and in judicial practice, there are still a lot of problems to solve. Aiming at these problems, the fourth part mainly introduces the judicial practice experience that the foreign countries and regions in criminal adjudication documents online disclosure made, and summed up the overall characteristics of the documents on the Internet open, and by drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience, this part has proposed specific and targeted measures to properly solve the documents online public issues which exists at present in our country. It is undoubtedly of great significance for our country to further promote the criminal judgment of public access, to increase the intensity of judicial openness, and to truly realize judicial justice.
