P2P network lending in China has developed for nearly ten years, during which the P2 P platform appeared blowout growth, the problem also followed, foot tide, illegal fund-raising has been like a shadow over the P2 P network lending. In recent years, regulators gradually affirmed the importance of the Internet financial regulation, embarked on a chaos. Fuzzy regulatory body, the credit system is not perfect, not fully implement the third party depository of funds, self regulatory organization for the initial stage of these problems still exist, the relevant legal system needs to be improved. In this paper, combined with the United Kingdom and the United States legal regulation experience, considering the "Interim Measures for the management of information intermediary business activities(Draft)", put forward to further improve the recommendations. First of all, it is clear that the position of the local finance office can clearly define the responsibilities, and give full play to the regulatory functions. Second, the third party depository provisions are obscure, we suggest that the third party payment institutions cooperate with commercial banks. In addition to the construction of the central database network lending and puts forward the corresponding suggestions, appealed to the relevant provisions as soon as possible. The establishment of a multi-level industry self-discipline organization to solve different problems, to guide the direction of Industrial Development Finally, in view of the long-term development of the P2 P network lending industry to consider, we can set a certain threshold within the organization of industry self-regulation, to a certain extent, the protection of the interests of investors.
