Zhu De's Thoughts On Discipline Inspection And His Research On Contemporary Values

In 1949, with the founding of New China, the Chinese Communist Party has become the country’s ruling party. In view of the prevailing situation at home and abroad as well as the change of the position of the party, the CPC Central Committee in November 1949 decided to set up discipline inspection commissions at all levels of the central and local,and served as the first secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection by Zhu De.Zhu De presided over the Central Discipline Inspection Commission’s work in more than five years, made a number of original, constructive and inspiring comments and suggestions: clearing discipline inspection work of guiding ideology、basic principles、guidelines and basic methods,proposing the idea under the conditions governing the management of party members and cadres,Promoting the construction of institution personnel and joint office and other systems,Strengthen the disciplinary bodies and staff discipline self-construction.Zhu De has made a significant contribution to the theory and practice for China’s discipline inspection work and party building work,and achieved a remarkable feats in order to ensure the purity and advance of the party members. The researchers known these ideas of Zhu De as "Zhu De Thought discipline".Zhu De’s Discipline inspection of the mankind to ideological transition period of entering the Chinese Communist Party,developing in military discipline construction of the Chinese revolution,maturing in the early founding of New China Discipline inspection work practices.Today, the status and role of the Party’s discipline inspection work become more prominent in building of party and nation,and relate to the fate of the party and the nation.
