| Social security system is the social insurance, social relief, social welfare of the specific implementation, but also the full implementation of the scientific development concept and the construction of a harmonious society. In the new international and domestic environment, strengthen the social security system of civil service training, improve the social security system is very important to the quality of civil servants, is conducive to the maintenance of social justice and development, is conducive to promoting the socialist harmonious society. How to build a social security system which is in line with the social development of our country is a very important research topic in front of us.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction, discusses the background and significance of the research, present situation of research on the topic analysis and carding the academic, research methods and innovations of this paper;The second part is the training of civil servants related concepts and theory, to lay a theoretical foundation for the full study;The third part describes the current Hangzhou City social security system, civil service training and the status quo, by way of questionnaire for civil servants training in the social security system in Hangzhou City, investigation and analysis, to obtain the relevant content of the training effect and the demand;In the fourth part, in view of the status quo, problems existing in the social security system in Hangzhou City, civil service training, analysis of the problems arising from the reasons; the main problems existing in the current Hangzhou City social security system of public servants training: training content of the civil servant owes the standard, weak practical, lack of system construction, training management mechanism and teaching institution building efforts inadequate, resulting in these problems lies in the awareness of civil servants training in China is not in place, lack of supervision mechanism of civil service training, civil service training funds investment insufficiency, these aspects are urgently needed to strengthen.The fifth part has to solve the problem of social security system of civil service training in Hangzhou city and the problems, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to improve the training of social security system of civil servants in Hangzhou city.Strengthening the training of civil servants in the social security system is conducive to improving the work efficiency of the social security system, which is conducive to promoting the harmonious development of our society, and can provide important theoretical support for the civil service training of the social security system.
