| In the process of historical development in China, there is no a time like this vibrant, there is also no one day so flourishing in each society stage, it makes the people who live in today’s society to call for social justice more consciously. Socialism with Chinese characteristics on justice is a very important content of the theoretical system of socialist core values. We need explore the theoretical significance of marxist justice and confucian justice and the fusion of two kinds of justice. It is a kind of need in socialist theory construction and reform practic at present.This dissertation tightly surrounds the fusion of two kinds of justice.It includs three important parts, the necessity of fusion,the possibility of fusion and the way of the fusion. The two kinds of justice set out social reality and interest relationship.They have the similar social ideal.lt creates basic conditions for fusion. Since marxism was introduced into China, the communist party of China is main body strength of the fusion of two kinds of justice.The performances of Chinese style of marxism in the view on justice are transforming of confucian justice consciously and absorbing reasonable places of confucian justice consciously.They reflect the natures of the inheritance and marxism socialism with Chinese characteristics on justice.In the third part, through exploring the essence of the two kinds of justice and the fundamental spirit, it illustrates the basic way and basic path of two kinds of justice.It needs to deal with dialectically relationships of Chinese and western and ancient and modern in culture. Based on this, it needs to take the attitude of materialist dialectics for two kinds of justice.It means basing on the practice in contemporary Chinad to develop and improve the theory of marxism justice. At the same time,it has realized revolution for confucian justice.In a new phase of development of two kinds of justice, it makes them organically fuse.
