National Protection Obligations For The Realization Of Cultural Rights

Nowadays, more and more people begin to focus on the related issue of the culture rights, as a basic civil right. The article probe into several question related to the right to culture:concept, attributions, contents, characteristics, fulfillment and assurance etc-As important parts of human rights, cultural rights mean that everyone could get culture treatments and chances in the related field.It is not difficult job for us to make clear the meaning of the culture rights and come up with some possible factors to analysis the existence problem of culture rights. In the first place, with Chian’s Opening-up and Reform and rapid economic growth due attention should be paid to the culture rights. Since some citizen fail to realize the importance of culture rights, they unconsciously cause a great deal of wrong opinion in almost every detail of their daily life. No matter where you live and work, invasion elementary rights are easily spotted. We are losing the basic human right of modern citizen. Invasion elementary right, in some sense, are just like Pandora’s Box, which give rise to undesirable result unexpectedly. Therefore, no issue is as crucial to individual and national survival and prosperity as bing elementary rights protection under control in government and self-conscious. In the second place, some of this can be attributed to the Tack of rights consciousness, a problem shown particularly in the rural citizen. Their sense of rights protection seem to be withering although their leaal construction and living-standard have been gradually enhance. Theories centering on the individual elementary rights suggest that modern citizen lack right consciousness because they were not sufficiently realize the importance of elementary rights or that they have learned wrong behavior though interactions with others, which does no goog to the healthy development of our society. That is why some new ideas must come forward to improve the national’s right consciousness climate though the challenge cannot be underestimated. In sum, culture right consciousness should arouse our every citizen concern.As far as I am concerned, I think we should take some possible measure to put on end to the social phenomenon. On the one hand, a widespread education campaign must be launched to help some citizen realize the importance of culture rights. On the other hand, the government should take serious and feasible measure and set up a serial of complete law and regulation system to punish those criminal behaviors etc…. Only in those wavs can we live in a harmonious society.
