A Free, Personal And Just Society

As the symbol of the birth of Marxism,the Communist Manifesto clearly states that the future society re-constructed by deconstructing capitalism is a "Community of Free Individuals".This great and gifted idea later became the theoretical purport and soul of Marx and Engels.In 1894,Engels was invited to describe the basic ideas of the future socialist era,and specifically reiterated the great significance and immortal value of this statement.Since Marx did not make a specific exposition on the concept of "Community of Free Individuals" when he was alive,most of the later descendants simply emphasize and play the " free man " dimension of the thought,while the dimension of the "union" is not enough,that is,the dimension of social community,which is formed by the union of free people.Furthermore,it leads to the lack of systematic and complete thinking logic to the fundamental relationship between the free man and the community,including the localization of the free man and the respective purpose means of the community and the value relation of the symbiosis.This paper holds that the graps of Marx’s thought of "Community of Free Individuals" should be closely combined with the essence of all Marx’s theories and thoughts.It is not difficult to find that the thought of "Community of Free Individuals" is deeply rooted in the original relationship between "man" and "society",the relationship between the ought to be and the ideal.The true meaning and great value lying in the organic unity of free individual and just society on the foundation of historical materialism.The core demand of this paper is to further excavate the substantive content of Marx’s thought of "Community of Free Individuals",which is mainly based on the understanding of the origin of the relationship between human and society,individual and society,individual freedom and social justice,everyone and all people.So as to preliminarily explore the construction of the four basic points of value contained in the thought of the Community of Free Individuals.Thus,the value logic and value system of the thought of the "Community of Free Individuals" is revealed.This paper first traces the theoretical origin of Marx’s thought of "Community of Free Individuals",which is mainly a critical reference to the community thought in German classical philosophy.Then,on the basis of historical text,this paper combs and outlines the historical evolution and generation path of Marx’s thought of "Community of Free Individuals" in its gestation period,breakthrough period,forming period and developing period.On this basis,the thesis focuses on the relationship between "free individual" and "just society",and tries to rearrange and logically construct the four basic points of value and value system of Marx’s thought of "Community of Free Individuals".The first is to make clear the basic value premise of the construction of "Community of Free Individuals".That is,by distinguishing the real community from the false one,the author emphasizes that the "Community of Free Individuals" is the real community,which is the prepositional differentiation theory of the free man association thought.The second is to make clear the ultimate value of the "Community of Free Individuals" construction.That is,to promote and guarantee the free and comprehensive development of everyone,including the human being is the ultimate goal of development,the person as the ultimate goal is the individual,and the individual as the ultimate goal is the progressive requirement of each person.The third is to make clear the basic value means and carrier to realize the goal of the free development of each person,and to construct the fair system of the "Community of Free Individuals",that is,as a new social system,"Community of Free Individuals" is in essence a just social system with the aim of promoting and guaranteeing the realization of individual freedom.The fourth is to define and emphasize the interdependence between individual and society,between individual freedom and social justice,and between everyone and all people.Thus,the ultimate harmonious vision of Marx’s pursuit of "the free development of every human being is the condition of free development of all human beings" is pursued.At the same time,the original and complete "Community of Free Individuals" is the organic unity of "free individual" and "just society".
