Research On Intercultural Issues Of Intercultural Communication Competence

With the rapid development of China's economic globalization and international cooperation,the demand for international talents with strong intercultural communication competence is also increasing.In addition to cultivating communication competence,we also need to focus on how to establish a cultural relationship among various cultural differences and activate interculturality so that cultures can interrelate and integrate with each other to facilitate harmonious development of each other.Therefore,we must conduct research on interculturality issues in intercultural communication competence so that the concept of interculturality can be conveyed in intercultural communication competence.Based on the analysis of the existing theories of intercultural communication competence,the article constructs the intercultural competence framework under the perspective of interculturality from the philosophical perspective proposed by Habermas and make the core of interculturality can be highlighted in the dimensional framework of intercultural competence.In this paper,which divides the dimensional framework of intercultural competence from interculturality perspectives into three dimensions: intercultural knowledge,intercultural thinking,and interculral awareness.It also made specific divisions and interpretations.At the same time,It uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the intercultural competence dimensional framework of interculturality.Finally,it proposes suggestions for the current development of intercultural competence of college students based on the intercultural competence dimensional framework of interculturality.
