The teaching materials of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is an important support for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.There are teaching materials of comprehensive intensive reading,reading and writing,audiovisual and oral classes.Among them,audiovisual materials can be comprehensive to improve the level of students studying Chinese and the ability to communicate with others.Audio-visual materials is video-based,making teaching video and paper materials.Video mainly comes from the videos specifically for the teaching and the existing videos which are chosen as the material,processed and programmed,and produced into teaching video or software.Among them,animation-based audio-visual materials have unique advantages: animation is interesting,and its language content and style is suitable for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.However,the number of animation-based audio-visual materials is relatively small,which means that there are limited available resources.In this paper,there will be a brief analysis of the existing textbook,expounding its advantages and disadvantages.Based on this,in order to enrich this type of teaching materials,another cartoon “Baby Daughter and the Great Mother” is selected,analyzing its language content,explaining its reasons for justifiability in terms of vocabulary,language function,grammar,etc.After this,ths paper discusses the material selection principle of animation-based audio-visual-speaking materials,and makes suggestions for the preparation of such materials.
