| For a long time,because the position is in the cross zone,the research of literary and art policies for minority nationalities did not get enough attention.Although the Communist Party of China and the government had not issued a special policy on ethnic literature and art,minority literature and art policy is still an important part of our national policy,on which documents can be found in national policy and cultural policy in the party and the government,and different periods of the party and the state leaders’speech.From a multi angle of view,not just from the perspective of the party’s history,combing and analyzing the party’s ethnic minority literature and art policy in different periods,can broaden the scope and depth of the study,is a feasible and worthwhile study.This paper does not stop at the minority literature policy analysis,and this paper will also study the development in Minority Literature under its policy,the contribution to Chinese Culture.Civilization is the nation’s blood,is the spiritual home of the people,and literature and art is the essence of national culture.The basic structure of the Chinese nation consist of the Han nationality,as the main part,and fifty-five ethnic minority pluralistic integration.This fifty-six combination is a "community of destiny",a cultural community.The party and the government have a deep concern for the development of ethnic minority literature,to understand the party’s ethnic arts policy is also helpful to understand the development of minority literature in a certain extent,and the current treatment of ethnic relations and national literature development is of great significance.Analysing the implementation and influence of the ethnic minority literature and art policy since the founding of new China,we can find that the ideology of the state has continuously influenced and promoted the development of ethnic minority literature and art through policies and measures in different periods.This is the political need of national identity,the cultural needs of the Chinese nation as a whole,and it is also the inner need for ethnic minorities to enter the mainstream discourse and seek their own language.We also found that minority literature is walking toward a harmonious coexistence with nature,nationality and art,step by step,the reason lies in the fact that the minority literature has its own national identity for the appeal,and lies in problems of survival and development of their own.How to maintain our own cultural identity in the face of a capital dominated market economy?And how to absorb the achievements of civilization of all mankind,and enhance their cultural self-confidence under the impact of the wave of modernization?These are problems facing and need to be solved,in this case,with the help and guidance of minority cultural policy from the party and the government,ethnic arts burst out new vigor,with the intrinsic value of rich Chinese culture,which is also on the other hand to achieve the purpose of policy implementation.Ethnic minority literature and art and its policy are always accompanied by the change of history and development,and the two have also been influencing each other,arts policy guide the development of minority ethnic arts,ethnic arts promote the improvement of minority cultural policy.After the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the development of ethnic minority literature and art can be divided into two stages with the reform and opening up as the cut-off point.The previous period shows the relationship between individuals,nationalities and countries,some literary and artistic works reflect the process of the minority nationalities participating in the establishment and construction of the country,which in itself is a manifestation of the ethnic minorities contributing power as a member of the state.Some works of literary and art express the joy of the national liberation,the gratitude of the party and the yearning for the new regime.Some literary works show national unity theme that deeply relationship attached to each other between the Han and minority ethnic,all of this is consistent with the political aspirations of the founding,is consistent with national emotion,promoting the formation of national identity.The characteristics of a latter stage performs how the relationship of the individual,nationality and modernization impels the the minorities’ reconsideration of problem about who they are,where they come from and where they are going to,under the impact of modern civilization,and make them constantly search for their ways,which maybe at their feet.lt seems that the national impacts has weakened,but in fact it is a deeper national identity,and it strengthens the understanding of national identity in the search for self and the future.The practice of minority literature and art itself is an enrichment in Chinese culture,which in another way promotes the unity of the country. |
