Taste is an enduring topic in Chinese and western aesthetics.In the view of the western aestheticians who value rational thought,taste is not able to provide aesthetic,it is the "low" sensory perception that is closely related to the body.However,in the traditional Chinese aesthetics of reperception and experience,"taste" occupies an extremely important position and is an important medium of poetics.Himself in a large number of literatures and the existing theoretical research results after that taste is aesthetic,but its aesthetic mechanism compared with other sensory perception is more complex,and also by the sight and smell of the two main sensory perception,to say the taste of the aesthetic process is a kind of the physiological mechanism and the combination of the psychological mechanism.This article is divided into three chapters,the first chapter of the western sense of hierarchy and China's "theory of taste" a comparative,revealing the rationality of western aesthetics will taste out the fact that aesthetic senses at the same time reveal heavy experience of Chinese traditional aesthetics to the aesthetic taste of affirmation,and then find the western aesthetic and Chinese traditional aesthetic taste of aesthetic theory;Second question,the analysis can be aesthetic taste,from the Angle of physiology,psychology and sociology,physiological and psychological mechanism of aesthetic taste,put forward the vision and the sense of smell has great impact on the aesthetic taste,The aesthetic taste of taste is narrated in the anthropological perspective,which proves that the aesthetic taste of taste is a process of transition from simple sensory experience to transcendental psychological emotion;The third chapter analyzes the process of aesthetic taste,and elaborates on the aesthetic process of taste stimulation,taste sharpening and taste intellectualization;And the last part of my paper,With the theory of "Ekphrasis",I'll prove that taste is aesthetical through analysing China's tea poetry from tang dynasty monk poet JiaoRan,also analysing that Tea Ceremony and Tea Art play an important role in the aesthetic taste,only in this way can we make an effort in proving aesthetic taste to be an important part of Chinese contemporary art.Based on the western aesthetics and the sensory aesthetic theory of Chinese aesthetics,this paper demonstrates the aesthetic taste of taste through interdisciplinary way.Compared with the existing of this argument academic achievements,this paper discusses a broader view,mainly using the theory of aesthetics,and combining withthe physiology,psychology,sociology and other disciplines of taste can be explaining of aesthetic theory,and using the theory of Chinese and western contrast in it,text analysis,based on the smell itself,rather than a metaphysical,for the research on the theory of sensory appreciation is a good attempt.
