Job market nowadays attaches more importance on vocational school students'commercial writing skills along with the advancement of global economy, which prompts the skills to be one of the crucial skills that the vocational e-commerce students should master.In reality of commercial writing teaching, the frequent problems in high vocational student's commercial writings covers the subsequent aspects: they are not so clear about the genre of business English Writing, or they take writing as a one-time task without repeated revising. According to what predecessors researched,we anticipate process genre approach can improve students' writing ability and awareness. The research covers following 3 questions:1. Compared with the traditional result approach, could process-genre approach achieve a better effect on improving students' business English writing ability'?2. How does process-genre approach positively influence on students' business English writing attitude?3. The specific procedures of application of process genre approach in business English writing.The process-genre approach is introduced in commercial letter writing through experiments in the essay, intending to explore the advantage of the process-genre approach in comparison to the product approach, moreover, investigate how this approach positively influence on the students' writing attitude and clarify its specific procedure in the teaching process.This research commences a comparative experiment at the first semester in 2015-2016 school year. With regard to the interest and correlation, we choose the subjects from the e-commerce major students from Class 1 and Class 2, Grade 2,Anhui Science and Technology Trade School , in which 35 students from experimental class, and another 35 students from control class. The experimental class is applied process-genre approach, while control class the product approach.The concrete teaching steps of the process-genre approach include the analysis of the essay, collective imitative writing, independent writing and revise. Three model essays of every type of commercial genres will be presented and analyzed in terms of tenor, register, moves and modes. The students deeply acknowledge the language and form of the commercial letters while master the specific text structure, simultaneously by means of the analysis of modes, students can clarify the specific social intention and the writing procedure, which lie a solid foundation for the collective imitative writing and independent writing. After peer assessment the students drop off the first draft to teachers who will feedback to the drafts and the assessment, then revise and finalize it accordingly. After 10 writing weeks, ultimately the writing level is testified by a topic-assigned composition, and the result shows that the experimental class is obviously superior to the control class, especially in writing form, language regulation and the integrity of writing ingredients. The experimental records and observes the change of students' writing psychology and attitudes via pro post-test, questionnaire survey and interview, and adjust experiment process and operation to ensure that overall circumstances stable, without the interruption of uncontrollable circumstances.Finally, we draw the conclusions as following:1. Compared with the result approach, process-genre approach has a better effect on improving students' writing ability.2. We can generalize that the process-genre approach has an edge over the product approach in terms of illuminating the genre of varieties of commercial English letters and enlightening students' subjectivity, in addition to that,this approach boosts students' enthusiasm to participate the class,enhances students'confidence to learn the commercial English writings and has a positive impact on students' writing attitudes.3. The concrete teaching steps of the process-genre approach include the analysis of the essay, collective imitative writing, independent writing and revise.This research significantly contributes to the commercial English writing. In the subsequent commercial English writing, the teachers will apply the process-genre approach to raise students'commercial letters writing skills,henceforth,they will easily handle varieties of writing assignments in commercial activities, and create a more effective and applicable vocational school English writing classes.
