Exploring The Characteristics Of Narrative Films Of Legal Subjects In China Since The New Century

Recently years,many of our legal films in the collection of high box office at the same time get a good reputation,like the release of the 2013 "Silent Witness ",released in 2014,"Twelve Citizens" and 2016 years of the " Operation Mekong"," I Am Not Madame Bovary " and other excellent films,but also caused a round of the film on the subject matter of concern.At the same time,the film as a comprehensive art,the spirit of the rule of law,establish and popularize the public awareness of the law is of great significance.For the study of the legal subject film,some interesting ideas have been put forward in the literature,but the exploration of the characteristics of the film narrative of the legal subject in the new century is the scope of the few people involved.This paper explores the legal subject film from the perspective of narrative,takes the narrative point of view as the starting point,analyzes the narrative characteristics of the film content and form from the perspective of the subject and aesthetic performance of the film narrative,and makes some own understanding.
