Cultural heritages are nonrenewable strategic resources,and cultural heritages catenate the vitality and creativity of the Chinese nation,inherited the Chinese nation's cultural genes,it's a symbol of the country's cultural soft power.In the current social context,how to use Cultural heritages in the field of education/ media/ tourism/design/ publish,and promote the development of regional economy.Through literature research,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the relationship between the current cultural heritage and regional economic development;Taking west lake cultural heritage as an example,The value characteristics of West Lake cultural heritage and the necessity of value excavation and utilization are put forward;From the perspective of industrial design,Use three Value explore method : Story method/kansei value method/Experience method.and take examples to elaborate it.In this papper,i take Yuemiao tample for example,expand the IP element set based on previous value method.To the Yuemiao tourist attractions for the implementation of the cultural and creative design and application demonstration.At last the paper based on the current Internet+concept,Hoping to break the regional restrictions,to build a cultural heritage as the core of the West Lake cultural heritage open service platform.Based on the practice of lcultural creative design,build the value mining theory,It's an explore that how to make China cultural heritages more effective use.
