Social music education is the important organism of implementing quality-oriented education.To improve the quality and the public moral of the whole society by the function of the social education---moral education?aesthetic education.This text is based on the survey date and information of social music education development in Rizhao city cultural center,and the investigation about the present situation in Rizhao city cultural center.Section one,the author take his hometown and the typical public welfare in Rizhao city cultural center as an example.A brief overview of the historical evolution?the development of urban and rural at present,the education career how to launch and the cultural function ?facilities construction?activities situation and the obtained honor.Do our best to make a system foreshadowing via the situation of cultural center.For further analysis the present situation of social music education in rizhao city cultural center provide the realistic basis.Section two,the social music activity divided into two(performances outside of the cultural center ?music training activities in cultural center).This part mainly introduce the performances outside of the cultural center,including festival show?combined with enterprise performance ? hold many kinds of competition and the construction of the branch etc;Under the superficial prosperity,we found that the shortage of funds about activities,the lack of countryside activities and the essence phenomenon of activities is to undertake and co-host in rizhao cultural center.Section three.To introduce social music education activity in cultural center,the investigation object is divided into three parts(the university of arts for older and the field for the public training of students?specific equip for teachers?evaluation system in center),and the research is carried on respectively for teachers and students.They found the teachers have different answers about paying attention to aesthetic and practical problem?construction isn't reasonable in cultural center?lack of human touch question and only focus on the result don't pay attention to teaching process in the appraisal.Section four.With a functional analysis about teachers have different answers about paying attention to aesthetic and practical problem.Along with the rise of social music education problems in Rizhao cultural center,including government intervention?improve the professional construction for teacher team?the author put forward the development imagination about the Rizhao cultural center from the respects of local cultural and art activities innovation.
