The Documentary "Identity" Creation Report

For centuries the continuation of Hui’s traditional space is gradually compressed with the large-scale demolition and reconstruction of the city, resulting in the disintegration of the living patterns and traditional industries. They have promoted the significant transformation of communication partners and scales which make the marriage between Hui and Han become universal so that the situation has been an overwhelming tendency. This study mainly focuses on this unique social group by applying comprehensive approach to intuitively interpret the various problems of current intermarriage between the two peoples and the hard process of being recognized by the people of Hui. It tries to present that the intermarriage families between Hui and Han are bound to face the conflict reality because of different values.It also analyze the factors which may cause these problems so as to explore the problems of national integration and cultural differences.By using the form of documentary it show the process and the results of the intermarriage between Hui and Han in vivid cases which are paid real return visits .And by the method of with small to see big,it shows the research process of the hero according to the time order and the linear narrative. It shows the social reality of related Hui and Han families in different times by their own experiences.This paper discusses the creative methods of documentary by using the subjective narration view .The whole documentary is framed by hero’ s behaviors and thoughts. The hero’visible action is the light clue while the invisible feelings is the shade clue.Therefore, the practical forms of this study is composed by the hero’ s tracks and the words. At the same time it is hoped that people should pay more attention to the social phenomenon of intermarriage between Hui and Han and attach much attention to the study of this field.
