Research On Foreign Investment In The Siberian Region In The Late 19th And Early 20th Centuries

Since entering in twenty-first Century,the Russian government has been actively introducing foreign capital for the development of Siberia in the Far East.In this process,it is very important to absorb the experience of the history.Based on the combination of the original information and the Chinese research results,this paper discusses the status of foreign investment in Siberia in the late twentieth Century and early nineteenth Century.This paper first discusses the late nineteenth Century early twentieth Century in Siberia to attract foreign investment,the subjective and objective environment,that the preferential abundant liquidity and capital resources in Siberia area of Europe and the United States and the Russian government policy of attracting foreign investment has long been the historical fact large inflows of foreign investment in Siberia in early twenty-ninth Century.Secondly,this paper discusses on the input of foreign capital,through combing the historical data can be learned,then foreign capital mainly devoted to the commodity trade,mining,dairy processing mainly animal husbandry,forestry and fisheries,including foreign trade,mining area is the largest area of foreign invested.Again,through the above discussion can be summed up this period of foreign capital put into Siberia has experienced three different stages of development,and it has formed its own characteristics in the three aspectsof the sources of the investment field,investment type.Finally,this paper summarizes the positive and negative impact of foreign investment in Siberia in the late twentieth Century and early nineteenth Century,and believes that some of these influences have continued to this day.The conclusion part,this article thinks that not only attract foreign investment in Russia,as the investment side of China should draw lessons from the foreign capital inflow in Siberia area.
