Zeng Yandong's Poetry Research

In this paper,we choose Ceng Yandong and his poetry as the research object.Ceng Yandong is a famous novelist in the middle of the Qing Dynasty,who is also good at painting and calligraphy carving.His classical Chinese novel<bean shed>has an abundant readers and receives widely praise,so there are a lot of research results focused on this book.His painting and calligraphy carving also annotates huge goodness.In addition,Ceng Yandong has a rich poetry creation,including four volumes,coupled with those poems inscribed on paintings,totalizing more than eight hundred and sixty poems.At present,the research on this subject both in mainland and abroad is still weak,the main reason relies on that Ceng's poetry works are mostly orphan,they were collected in the library of Wenzhou and the Museum of Wenzhou.We combine Ceng's poetry and artistic creation,trying to accurately grasp the theme tendency and artistic characteristics of the poetries,and also to explore the causes of the style,make an accurate evaluation of Ceng's poetries.The first chapter of this thesis mainly discusses Ceng's family,his life and the literary and artistic creations.The second chapter analyzes the theme orientation of the poetry and the key word is "Painting poems" The third chapter exploring the poetry ideals according to his creations,the artistic features shown in his works,discusses the significance of Ceng Yandong's poetry,analyses the causes of its style,and making a proper evaluation of Ceng Yandong's poetry.
