A Preliminary Study On The Style Of The Oracle Bone In The Yinxubin Group

Bin group’s Oracle inscriptions is the most important one during the period-Wuding.There has founded more than 100,000 pieces of oracle bones in the Yin Dynasty ruins,and Bin group takes up nearly half of them.This kind of oracle bones survived intact and clear,which are rare treasures for learning.This article will analyze the different styles of calligraphy during various times from seven aspects below:It first discusses the exact definition of “ Bin group’s Oracle ” and then clears up the previous theory research of Bin Group’s oracle.The part from 2 to 6 are the main contents.We pick up the oracle bones which are survived intact and clear by going over the cataloging books.These data can be divided into four parts,which are Springwell Period,Earilier Period,Mature Period and Later period.The third and forth parts have been put emphasis on.We can learn the style clearly by the contract of series of oracle bones.The inscription for recording important events is discussed in the sixth Part 6.The Yin natives used to carve repetitively for markedness.In the seventh part,the wonderful oracle bones were used to copy.We summarize the diction,techniques of writing and methodicalness.In the final part,it summarizes the nine calligraphy styles of Bin group’s Oracle and inheritance relationship between them.
