Mr.Tuo Musi is the contemporary famous grandmaster of oil painting,national minority artists,an art educator in China.He is the leader of art in Inner Mongolia.Begin from the early eighties of the twentieth century.He roses in Chinese painting field with his unique style of innovated grassland theme.So far,his painting style has a strong and far-reaching impact on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.He injects the fresh blood for the Chinese contemporary art by using lyrical style to describe Inner Mongolia's unique natural style.He creates a unique art style by using the method of combine the traditional cultural and oil painting.Tuo Musi cultivates a large number of outstanding artists.In the diversity society of nowadays,those artists have played positive roles in carrying forward the art of ethnic minorities and promoting the Inner Mongolia art.Tuo Musi has a prominent position in the Chinese oil painting industry.This paper will discuss the formation of its artistic form,style and its influence in the different stages of Mr.Tuo Musi's oil painting,era,regional characteristics,and Mongolian culture.Studying the aim of Tuo Musi is carry forward the national culture,deliver the Mongolian culture.And then discuss the Influence of Chinese Industrialization and Urbanization on the Survival State and National Culture of Nomadic Families in Inner Mongolia.To analysis the grassland theme of oil painting creation from different perspectives and methods in the contemporary context.It can inspire and help the contemporary art practitioners,provide a reference for the prairie theme of oil painting.Triggering social concern about the survival and ethnic culture of the national minority by promoting the nationalization of Chinese oil painting and contemporary development.
