| Nouns derived from plant names are part of language nouns,it was not only the common nouns,but also contains a unique cultural connotation.Therefore,the study of plant words are rich in academic value in linguistics,anthropology,ethnobotany,history.Due to the historical migration,the Dai people mainly live in tropical and subtropical valleys.In this environment,plants grow lush and varied.Therefore,there are abundant plant words in the Dai language.These words are the basis and prerequisite for the Dai people to understand and use the plant.It is the summary of the Dai people’s production and life experience,and it is also an important manifestation of the Dai culture.The folk plant classification method contained in Dai’s plant words contains the Dai’s unique thinking.The author takes the term of plant in Dehong dialect of Dai language as the main research object,and collects more than 800 plant words through the record of field investigation and the collation of literature.In this paper,we try to summarize these plant words as fully and accurately,and summarize the folk plant classification system of Dehong Dai language according to the principle of folk taxonomy.At the same time,this article will make a scientific and accurate explanation to the naming of plant words in Dehong dialect of Dai language,and in-depth study formation method of plant words.The article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the research purpose and research significance of this paper,the research background,research methods and corpus background of domestic and foreign research background;The second part summarizes the folk plant classification system of Dehong Dai people by describing the basic plant words of Dai language.The third part mainly introduces the nine naming methods of Dehong Dai plant words and summarizes their naming characteristics.The fourth part mainly analyzes the structure and word formation characteristics of plant words in Dehong Dai language. |
