Research On Shanghai Cultural Listed Companies In Industrial Agglomeration And Integration

The development of cultural industries not only requires policy and environmental conditions,but also requires a good financing environment,that is,the development of financial problems.According to China's financial and cultural industry development status,cultural industry financing has government investment,bank loans,equity issuance and other ways.Among them,the financing of the market with its rapid access to funds,increase the company's net asset value,expand the scale of operation and other financing advantages by a lot of cultural enterprises attention.From the macro level,improve the cultural enterprise listing mechanism,can fully mobilize the capital to develop cultural industries,the development of cultural industries is also very useful.Therefore,the financing of cultural enterprises has become one of the hotspots of cultural investment and financing in recent years.Based on the classification of "Classification of Culture and Related Classification" of National Bureau of Statistics,this paper chooses listed enterprises in Shanghai and China from listed companies in China and abroad,and analyzes the basic situation,development background,main features,capital composition and influencing factors of listed companies in Shanghai It is found that the listed companies of Shanghai culture mainly focus on the industrial categories such as Internet technology and creative design,and the development status is good.Based on this,combined with the advantages of cultural enterprises listed,this article shows that the Shanghai cultural listed companies,cultural resources and financial capital to build a benign circle structure,contribute to the development of Shanghai cultural industry.In addition,the results also show that the Shanghai cultural listed companies have industrial agglomeration and industrial integration of the development trend.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,the paper expounds the background and significance of the topic of listed companies in culture,and clarifies the research purpose and method of the listed companies of Shanghai culture by analyzing the current situation of domestic and foreign cultural industries and cultural listed companies.The research method,the theoretical framework and the paper.The second chapter mainly discusses the financing of cultural industry and the classification of cultural listed companies.First of all,the current cultural enterprises through government funds,bank loans,cultural funds,securities markets and other major channels to obtain the necessary funds for development.Among them,the bank loans and listing and financing is the more common two financing methods,the former need to have the conditions of asset collateral,and the latter advocated by the financing of this article.Secondly,compared with the current classification of China Securities Regulatory Commission and according to the National Bureau of Statistics"Classification of Cultural and Related Industries(2012)" classification criteria,found in accordance with the latter classification can be more comprehensive response to cultural listed companies,and thus based on screened.Chapter 3,Analysis on the Structure of Listed Companies in Shanghai.This paper summarizes the development status of Shanghai listed companies from the time of listing time,ownership form,industry classification,financial and profit status,and summarizes the development characteristics of listed companies in Shanghai.Finally,it further explores and summarizes the structural relationship between Shanghai cultural listed companies and Shanghai's existing cultural assets and cultural industries,and hopes to establish a healthy circle of cultural industries,which is one of the innovations of this paper.The fourth chapter discusses the five factors that affect the development of listed companies in Shanghai.This paper focuses on the five factors that affect the listed companies of Shanghai culture in terms of synchronic and historical research,that is,China's long-term opening-up policy,continuous transformation and reform of the economic system,technological innovation brought about by the upgrading of cultural industries,Population structure and changes in the consumer market and Shanghai's regional transformation.In the fifth chapter,combined with the above discussion,this paper discusses the development trend of spatial agglomeration and industrial integration of Shanghai listed companies.Based on the analysis of the status quo,characteristics and influencing factors of listed companies in Shanghai,the current development of listed companies in Shanghai shows the development trend of Shanghai cultural industry spatial agglomeration and industrial integration.Cultural listed companies are both cultural industries and other industries gathered in the Shanghai region,but also cultural industries and modern financial services industry combined,and thus meet these two major trends.
