"Guanzi" "German, French" Focuses On Ideological Research

“GuanZi”is a cultural classical book of pre_qin period,which named after Guan Zhong who was the prime minister of Qi.The equal attention of the“moral and law”ideology of“GuanZi” embody the amalgamation of the morality of Confucian and the law of Legalists.Regard to the ideological history,researching the author,circulation age and school belonging of “GuanZi”has great influence on the study of the equal attention of “moral and law” ideology.On the basis of combing the predecessors' research,the author concludes that although the“GuanZi”is not come out of GuanZhong,but the works contains a mass of thoughts of GuanZhong.“GuanZi”should be the Jixia bachelors who advocated the cuntribution of GuanZhong,while participating in the same time,to collect the historical literature related to GuanZhong which mainly includes GuanZhong's thought and deeds which was recorded by the historiographers of Qi and disciples of GuanZhong,combined with current affairs compiled into a book.Although seemingly complex,the ideology of Qi Legalists account for the leading position of “GuanZi”which is one of the important representative of Qi Legalists.As the two pillars of the “Moral Cultivation”and “State Governance”,“GuanZi”broke the barriers—since the spring and Autumn period—between the “morality” and “law”,and realized the amalgamation of the “moral and law” ideology.As the important part of the “Moral Cultivation” and “State Governance” of “GuanZi”,the equal attention of the“moral and law”ideology is not only based on the theoretical basis of the material abundance theory,people-oriented ideology,natural humanity of promoting the favorable and avoiding the unfavorable,monarch's exemplar theory.But also the analyses of proposition of “moral from law” and“law from moral” has great influence on depth study of the equal attention of“moral and law”ideology.From the“Moral Cultivation”,according to the ideology of“morality from the soul”,“GuanZi”and Confucian agree with to advocate the ideology of edification which morality is mainly relies on the moral consciousness of“benevolence”and the external normative function of“rites”.And as an external compulsory binding,the law should possess the characteristics of to fair and justice,open and transparent,trial and punishment,torture and reward,to curb the evil of human nature and achieve the inherent transformation of legal constraints,which guides the human beings from evil to goodness.The equal attention of “moral and law” ideology pays equal attention to“moral”and“law”,which combine the moral education and legal norms to the achievements of “Moral Cultivation”.From the “State Governance”,the moral is the foundation and the law is the subject,which is composed the main policy agenda of“GuanZi”.Not only emphasize the benevolent rule which contains four-dimensional of state,selecting and promoting moral persons,relieving punishment and tax,but also“GuanZi”advocate the governing principle of combining law,method and status.The equal attention of “moral and law” ideology of“GuanZi”not only has important influence on the administrative way of Qi and the method feudal rule of Confucianism on the surface with Legist inside,but also has an important reference for the construction of socialist harmonious society.Combining with moral,rite and law is the path of“Moral Cultivation”which is an important way to improve national quality.Realizing the unity of“rule of moral”and“rule of law”is not only beneficial to strengthen the normal operation of the socialist marketeconomy,but also has an important theoretical significance and practical value on international relations.
