This debate has influenced the development of Chinese modern art, and it had a far-reaching impact on the art world at that time.A long time after that. They all want to see how to the lively and have considerable significance of the academic debate of the poetic genius and art world leader.This paper bases on Xu Beihong's art education experience, his traveling case, and Xu Zhimo's views. Compare and analysis the various elements of the "dispute". Tease out the process and influence of the "dispute". Explore modern painting and realistic painting represented the discriminatory underlying causes.
