Previous research on dong zhongshu's thought on philosophy, emphasis on building inspection and dong philosophy theory, while ignoring the dong thought core-- "kingcraft" and the construction of kingcraft model.For dong school belonging problem at the same time, academic circles more consistent view is that the is given priority to with Confucianism, and other home.This understanding also accords with the practice of dong thoughts.So the dong under specific background absorption of the pre-qin Confucianism, build their own theoretical system when kingcraft for a direction.Firstly, study what is the problem that Dong Zhongshu faced with the social situation and the time left to the ideological world. In this paper, the author thinks the ideological field mainly solves three problems at that time:the problem of the legitimacy of the Han regime; the problem of Spirit core of Han Dynasty; the problem of Principles of governing the country of Han Dynasty. This is exactly what Dong Zhongshu is facing, and the whole thought of Dong Zhongshu was to solve these problems. Also in this period, Confucianism happens to be changed, the tendency of classical and the tendency of summarize have been mainstream, which provided materials for Dong Zhongshu. And he solved the facing problems based on the Pre-Qin Dynasty Confucianism as the material.Secondly, study what the political framework and governance programs are that Dong Zhongshu designed for the reality of society. Tracing to its source, we can see Dong Zhongshu's design comes from the Confucianism of Pre-Qin Dynasty. Confucianism demonstrated the ideal state was "kingcraft" with "ancient" and "heaven" while they not perfect fusion. Dong Zhongshu unified the "heaven and man" with "Yuan" from Spring and Autumn Annals. He accomplished the integration of ancient and modern and developed absolutely truth of the theoretical model of "follow the heaven and imitate the ancients to demonstrate the kingcraft". But "follow the heaven and imitate the ancients" is still a relationship between "heaven and man" in the final analysis. Ancients come from the heaven.
