It gradually spread anti-intellectualism in such a network society.Chinese history has already bear the foundation of anti-intellectualism, and the development of the network, is putting such thoughts further enlarged. In the years after the change and technological innovation, anti-intellectualism, has evolved from the original "of intellectual skepticism, hostility to the wise," to a more complex form, that is "audience carnival"and "media vulgarization".These complex characterization, the effect of public opinion in the network formation, not only affects the normal propagation of science and culture, it is more likely to have an impact on the entire social and cultural construction. From the theoretical development of network anti-intellectualism, this article arranges and generalizes the development context of Chinese current network anti-intellectualism, focusing on its manifestations in the network environment, integrating point and sphere, detailed theoretically analysing the fact, in order to dig characteristics of network anti-intellectualism. Furthermore, according to the background facts and realities and other factors, this paper discusses the main reason for the current network of anti-intellectualism formed and researches their impact both positive and negative. Finally, so as to solve many problems exist in the network of scientific and cultural dissemination, this article reasonably puts forward suggestions, which aim to build more harmonious atmosphere for the spread of science and culture.
