Teachers’Corrective Feedback and Learner Uptake are important parts in interaction of teachers and learner. Domestic and foreign researchers of second language acquisition pay a attention to this hotspot issues. Corrective feedback mode selection is related to the type of error and learner uptake, having an important influence on classroom teaching.Through observation of class, with audio and video recording, the author will investigate students’error distribution and teachers’corrective feedback, as well as learner uptake in class.Research results show that the highest frequency of error is phonetic error, followed by grammatical, lexical and pragmatic error. Thereinto, the frequency of initial-final’s error is higher than tone error, the frequency of calque error is lower than lexical-mixing error, In terms of grammatical errors, the highest the frequency of error is sequential error, followed by omission, addition and substitution error in that order.Facing different error types, teacher should use appropriate corrective feedback which can bring high uptake and error repair:Recast is good for phonetic feedback.as for calque error, Clarification request and Explicit correction can bring high uptake rate. the sequential error in grammatical error, Metalinguistic feedback can bring high repair rate. Omission error should be corrected by Elicitation. As regards addition error. Metalinguistic feedback and Explicit correction have a good effect. Elicitation and recast bring high repair rate for substitution error. As far as pragmatic error. Teacher’s correction feedback frequency is very low, teachers should increase usage rate of explicit correction in the range of students’ comprehension ability. Finally, According to the results of this study and questionnaire survey, the author will try to put forward some relevant teaching suggestions and countermeasures to the primary teaching Chinese as second language class. |
