| Self-Others refers to overlapping relationships in varying degrees of self acceptance and understanding of others’ ideas, resources, thus,overlapping in the self and other information representation.In recent years, both at home and abroad set off a wave of research on this subject, foreign scholars have found that a significant effect of self-others overlap exists for helping behavior which depends on the the degree of self-others overlap, domestic scholars have also pointed out that self-others overlap depends on helping behavior, and it will be subject to regulation perspective taking self-others overlap exists in the relationships of a phenomenon, and study found that sharing relationship can stimulate the care and help others and motivation, with shared relationship oriented than the individual trading relationship will produce more helping behaviors.In order to explore the interpersonal communication, different types of interpersonal relationship orientation and self-others overlapping degree influence on helping behavior, conducted the study.This study randomly selected 235 college students in jiangsu, the complete self-others overlap measuring materials, interpersonal relationship orientation and helping behavior experiment material, through the different orientation of individual of human relationships, helping behavior in high and low overlapping objects carefully explored. The results are as follows:(1) self-others overlap on helping behavior will have a significant impact, high overlapping groups than the low overlap showed more helping behavior; (2) the interpersonal relationship orientation impact on helping behavior is extremely significant, namely share than traders showing more helping behavior; (3) the interpersonal relationship orientation and overlapping degree of helping behavior interaction was not significant. |
