In order to find ways to get out of the dilemma of "refuse-not refuse", this thesis choses qualitative research methods and uses the in-depth interviews to study on the subjects who were not dealing with the dilemma of "refuse-not refuse" but now have been out of it in a way.This study adopt a method of interview to collect data from 3 objects who are suffering from the dilemma of refuse or not refuse, and each of them was interviewed two or three times and takes 8.5 hours in all. There are more than 80000 words as the original data and they have been analyzed in the method of scenario analysis and category analysis.The conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)There are two reasons that the internal reasons and the external reasons which lead them into the dilemma of the dilemma of refuse or not refuse. The internal reasons are self-denial, self-repression, lack of self-confidence, error cognition and avoiding conflict. The main external cause is the family education and negative experience.(2) Feedback from others, social comparison and self-awareness can help people who suffering from this dilemma to realize that they are not appropriate in handling the question of refuse or not refuse.(3) The way to get out of this dilemma may come across "difficult to express their feelings," "still have emotional distress", "may experience psychological trauma" and other obstacles and they can make use of these supports:their feelings, internal strength, the small but safety environment.(4) The way to get out of this dilemma may encounter in the balance of these states: find you can chose not to refuse sometimes, accept some cases unable to refuse, try to help people professional.
