On The Creation Of Cursive Calligraphy

This paper is takes the stipple as the temperature and turn as the form-Study on Wild Cursive as theme. Through the interpreting the sentence of stipple as the temperature and turn as the form in Sun Guoting’s Shupu, the stipple and turn are the basic elements of wild cursive creation, and the turn is the core element; Stipple and turn form the basic lines of cursive, and cursive expresses the temperature of calligraphers through the lines. Through the exploring and analyzing the works of wild cursive calligraphers, such as Zhang Xu, Huai Su, Huang Tingjian, Zhu Zhishan, Xu Wei, Wang Duo, and Lin Sanzhi, this paper states the theme and the calligraphers used their temperatures create the masterpieces of based on the two elements. So, it should solve the stipple and turn on skill level to create an excellent work and calligraphers should do that. Only improving self behaviors, quality and spiritual pursuits, cultivating temperature, enriching personal experience, having hardship can create a masterpiece of cursive.
