In the highly commercial development, nothing can escape from the influence of commerce.Films and television dramas,as an important part of people’s daily life,at the time to meet the entertainment needs of the audience,also play an important role in educating people and disseminating of mainstream values.Among them, “films and television dramas”, refers to films and Television dramas.As the film of "Silent Witness",which showed in 2013,had the similar case of a man who surnamed Li, the director Feixing and the film had already attracted extensive attention.After data collection and research, author found out that Feixing is a screenwriter type director,who walking in the Chinese film industry and TV industry, publicly stated on several occasions to pursue commercial films and television dramas.Although he has not creat a lot of films and television dramas,but his works in terms of commercial topics, narrative,and audio-visual has a prominent achievement.Article was considered from films and television dramas in the topics, narrative and audio-visual aspects of the commercial pursuit,combined audience psychology, communication studies,films and television dramas philosophy and other related disciplines,tahe the highlight commercial characteristics of films and television dramas of Feixing’s films and television dramas for example,to find out the the successes and shortcomings of the commercial appeal of Feixing’s films and television dramas,to obtained the major concerns of commercial appeal of films and television dramas.Finally, combined with the current status of the development of Chinese film industry and TV industry,proposed that the creators should grasp the relationship between commercial pursuit and personal morality, “Do not let the arts become a slave of the market”. The author hope this can cause the industry’s concerns, and promote the healthy development of China’s films and television dramas market.Throughout the film and television dramas of Feixing, we can see that he has a more prominent tool and ideas in the pursuit of the works on commercial appeal.The author studied Feixing’s film and television dramas,to excavate the pursuit of commercial in film and television dramas. The article is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter, the author conducted the commercial of film and television dramas, and overviewed Feixing’s films and television dramers.First, the autor affirmed the commercial of films and television dramers, and then think that commercial is an important factor to ensure the television survival and development.Then, the autor general introducted the type of Feixing’s films and television dramers,and their commercial values, in order to have better understanding of Feixing.In thesecond, third and fourth chapters,the autor take Feixing’s films and television dramers for example,combined audience psychology, communication studies,films and television dramas philosophy and other related disciplines,do the research on commercial pursuit of topics,narrative and audio-visual. In terms of topics, Feixing is good at using various methods to choose topics, like occasions and meet the needs of the audience snoop,mainly in:by means of social hot spots,take hot spots recreation,and showed them on the screen; by means of the social influence of stars, take the stars of privacy into the open, to meet the psychological needs of the audience instinctively peep;take the court case on the screen,which the audience feel strange and curious,in order to satisfy the curiosity of the audience for the trial. In terms of narrative, Feixing is good at using dramatic way and realistic expression to achieve commercial purposes,mainly through the non-linear narrative structure and diversified conflicts to enhance dramatic tension.By showing the value of mainstreaming, the reality of the characters,to show the reality of works,to narrow the psychological distance with the audience. In terms of audio-visual, Feixing is good at using smart screen and the sounds which can resonance to achieve commercial purposes.By using the movement of the lens, exciting auditory stimuli and fascinating montage to achieve commercial purposes.In the fifth chapter,from enlightenment factors, competitive factors and age factors to research the causes of commercial pursuit. In the sixth chapter,combined with the problems in Feixing’s films and television dramers, proposed suggestions and reflections,emphasises on balancing the commercial pursuit and personal ethics. Appealed that “do not let the arts become a slave of the market”.
