This paper puts forward a concept of "consumption scenery". "Consumption scenery" and its hidden connotation will be discussed and disclosed through conducting empirical research on three common but famous brands of cigarette and water. Initially, the relation between scenery and consumption will be narrated based on the current situation of an era where commodity infiltrated into culture. Secondly, reasons to consider scenery as the symbols of commodity will be discussed as well as its underlying concept, story and background. Thirdly, reflection on the concept of "painting from life" will be expanded according to the viewpoint of "commodity sign of scenery picture is an object of painting from life". Finally, the hidden connotation and knowledge of "consumption scenery" as well as enlightenment brought by it will be explored based on analysis method.
