Objective:In this study,the expression of DAB2 IP protein in skin BCC,skin fibroma and normal skin tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The expression of DAB2 IP in skin BCC was discussed and the possible mechanism was established.Of the prevention,early diagnosis and gene targeted therapy to provide a preliminary experimental basis.Methods:1.(1)Collected clinical samples,including 20 skin BCC tissue samples,15 skin fibroma specimens,and 15 normal skin tissue.All specimens were from Septenber 2014 to December 2016 Mudanjiang Medical College Hongqi Hospital dermatology clinic and ward patients and was obedient with the rules contains that(1)All donators were belong to the patients who diagnosed by pathology in our hospital and excluded other history of malignant tumor disease.(2)Confirmedthat no patients were acceptedtumor-relative treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy in a month.(3)Action of sample collecting were recruit the agreement from patients and the sign on informed consent.2.The expression of DAB2 IP protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in collected samples.3.Statistical analysis: SPSSl7.0statistical software for data analysis.The positive rate of DAB2 IP proteinin the samples of tissuesand their mean value was analyzedby thex2 test and t test,and judge whether the results were statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.the positive rate of DAB2 IP protein in normal skin tissues and skin fibroma tissues was not statistically significant(x2=10.27,P>0.05).The positive rates of DAB2 IP protein in normal skin tissues and skin fibroma tissues were 6.11± 0.27 and 5.99±0.43 respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(t=1.73,P>0.05).2.The positive rate of DAB2 IP protein between BCC tissue and normal skin tissue was statistically significant(x2=30.70,P<0.05).The average positive rates of DAB2 IP protein in BCC and normal skin tissues were 0.36±0.23 and 6.11± 0.27 respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=7.27,P<0.05).The positive rate of DAB2 IP protein in BCC group and normal skin group was statistically significant(x2=16.23,P<0.05).3.The positive rate of DAB2 IP protein in the BCC group and the skin tumor group was statistically significant(x2=12.54,P<0.05).The positive rates of DAB2 IP protein in BCC and skin tumor tissues were 0.36±0.23 and 5.99±0.43 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.41,P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rate of DAB2 IP in the basal cell carcinoma of the skin and the positive rate of the cells were significantly lower than that of the normal skin and the skin fibroma.These results suggest that DAB2 IP may be involved in the development and progression of basal cell carcinoma of the skin.
