The Application Of Jujube Seed And Compatibility In The Treatment Of Insomnia

Objective:by systematically collected and combed ancient herbalism monographs,medical formulary from ancient to modern,and medical records of insomnia prescriptions related to Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Systematic Analysis the medication law of Insomnia Prescriptions containing Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The article explored the core prescriptions and the application regularity of herbs,which may lay a foundation for improving clinical efficacy.Methods:the Chinese medical dictionary was used to retrieve ancient literature and insomnia prescription related to Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The insomnia prescription of the modern containing Semen Ziziphi Spinosae is retrieved by China zhiwang,wanfang database and weipu database.In accordance with the chronological order combing the monograph related to Semen Ziziphi Spinosae;Literature arrangement was conducted by means of Excel software and TCM Inheritance Supporting System platform(TCMISS).By analyzing the frequency and proportion of the properties and combinations of the herbs in the prescriptions,we studied the regularity and medication thought of the combination of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in these periodsResults:From the perspective of medicine natures,The characteristics of drug use from Song dynasties to Ming dynasties were consistent,and the use of warm drugs was significantly higher than cold medicines.During the Qing dynasty and the republic of China,the characteristics of drug use were consistent with modern,the use of cold medicine was slightly higher than warm medicine.From the perspective of medicine taste,sweet flavor were used most frequently.Pungent drugs was slightly higher than the bitter medicine from Song dynasties to Ming dynasties.From Qing dynasty to moderrn times bitter medicine was slightly higher than the pungent drugs.During the Song,Yuan,and Ming Dynasties,the commonly used drugs were Ganwen,Ganping and Xinwen,of which Ganwen drugs were used most frequently.The commonly used drugs from the Qing Dynasty to modern times were Ganping,Ganhan,and bitter cold drugs,among which Ganping drugs were used most frequently.During the Song,Yuan,and Ming Dynasties,the main drug groups were Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Poria,Poria cum Radix Pini and Polygalae Radix.From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,the main drug groups were Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Polygalae Radix,Poria cum Radix Pini and Angelicae;the modern core drug group was Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Poria,Polygalae Radix,Astragalus,Atractylodes and Angelicae;the main drug groups from ancient times to the present are Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Angelicae,Amaranthus,Poria and Polygalae Radix.Conclusion:fried Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,unripe Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and jujube cibum have played a certain role in the treatment of insomnia.Combining the laws of drug use for four periods,it was found that Amaranthus is the best combination for the treatment of insomnia with Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
