intervention group rats:size with the model group,group had low blank,less spiritual,oral cavity is a small amount of secretions,occasional orbital hemorrhage,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)defecate deformed at high dose group,the other set of defecate normal texture.In the high-dose group,the consumption of drinking water was slightly less than that of other groups,and the other groups had normal drinking water.2.Comparison of lung function results in rats.The drug intervention group all can to delay the lung function decline in different degrees,which in delaying FVC,FEV0.2/FVC,FEV0.2 index the effect of medium dose group of the Chinese medicine is better,the delay PEF indicators,the effect of western medicine groupis the best.3.Comparison of HE staining results in rats.Building IL-6 is better than the above three groups.At the same time,the difference between Chinese traditional medicine,high dose group and western medicine group was not obvious.In RT-PCR detection,can inhibit JAK1mRNA groups of Chinese medicine and western medicine group,the excessive expression of STAT3mRNA,encourage SOCS3 mRNA expression so as to reduce inflammation,including traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the dose group and better effects of western medicine group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05)4.Research conclusionsMedium dose of yiqixiaozhengtonglu formula can improve cough wheeze,mucus secretion in rats,weight loss,etc.Generally,can inhibit IL-6,JAK1,STAT3,JAK1mRNA STAT3mRNA expression,promote SOCS3 mRNA expression to suppress chronic inflammation,and slow to reduce airway and alveolar damage,delay the process of airway obstruction,a certain extent improve lung function.
