Objective:This study reviewed the research progress of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for Ischemic apoplexy phlegm and the application of complex network technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in the first place.At present,it is found that there are few studies on clinical characterization of Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke phlegm.Through the study,,observing the dynamic evolution of the clinical manifestations which ischemic apoplexy patients are on admission,7th day,14th day,21th day,and28th day,can provide basis and reference for clinical identification of phlegm.Methods:Taking patients with ischemic stroke in beijing dongfang hospital and yanqing hospital as the researchobject,collect their general information(including:gender,age,height,weight,etc.),merging data of disease status,history of tobacco and alcohol,family history of stroke,imaging examination results,and clinical characterization of Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke phlegm in different time.using complex network analysis software Liquorice system to analyze it,based on the phlegm of each patient at different time points,The clinical manifestations of 17 phlegm-dampness syndromes are nodes,the coexistence of nodes is the edge,and the edge value indicates the frequency of the co-occurrence of the nodes,and a network of clinical manifestations of phlegm-dampness syndromes is established.By Liquorice system,a multi-scale backbone network analysis method was used to extract core work of TCM clinical characterization of phlegm-dampness syndrome,meanwhile,using the method of point mutual information calculates mutual information value of clinical characterization of Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke phlegm,analysis of Clinical characterization of phlegm-dampness syndrome at different time points of dynamic evolution and its correlation,imported the data into Gephi software to optimize the visualization effect.Results:80 cases of patients with ischemic stroke were included,there were 51 men(63.759%)and 29 women(36.25%).Among them,the oldest is 88 years old and the youngest is 39 years old.42 people are over 65(52.5%),65%of patients are overweight or obese,55%of patients had a history of smoking,35%of patients have a history of alcoholism 10%had a family history of stroke.Complicated stroke.Complicated disease aspect:There were 59 cases of hypertension(73.75%),47 cases of Dyslipidemia,47 cases of Hyperhomocysteinemia(5 8.75%),3 2 cases of Diabetes mellitus(40%)and Complicated coronary heart disease(26.25%).Features of the lesion:The imaging features of 61.25%of patients presented multiple lesions,81.25%of patients with intimal thickening,plaque or stenosis;68.75%of the patients were able to visit the hospital within 24 hours of the onset of the disease.The phlegm dampness syndrome and internal wind syndrome were the most when the two syndromes were combined with two syndromes(31.25%).Phlegm and dampness syndrome combined with qi deficiency account for 2,5%;Among the three syndromes,the syndromes of phlegm,dampness and wind and blood stasis were 11 cases,which accounted for 13.75%.There were 3 cases of phlegm dampness syndrome(3.75%).Phlegm.On admission,the symptoms of phlegm dampness syndrome of ischemic stroke were dizziness,top-heavy,greasy coating,slippery pulse,headache,sticky and greasy in mouth,dull expression,expectoration or phlegm in larynx.When it came to the 7th day,the symptom mainly could be greasy coating?dizziness?slippery pulse?sticky and greasy in mouth?top-heavy?thick fur.dull expression?expectoration or phlegm in larynx;When it came to the 14th day,the symptom mainly could be slippery pulse?greasy coating?sticky and greasy in mouth?dizziness?thick fur?anorexia?top-heavy?fat etc.When it came to the 21th day,the symptom mainly could be slippery pulse?greasy coating?thick moss?sticky and greasy in mouth?anorexia?plunp tongue?slippery fur?fat etc.When it came to the 28th day,the symptom mainly could be greasy coating?slippery pulse?sticky and greasy in mouth?slippery fur?teeth-marked tongue?fat?plump tongue etc.From the longitudinal statistical of clinical characterization of phlegm-dampness syndrome?analysis,the patients were admitted to the hospital for 28 days with a high proportion of slippery pulse and greasy coating.Most patients had dizziness?top-heavy?headache?dull expression?expectoration or phlegm in larynx on admission,then peaked on the 7th day,and then the proportion gradually decreased.The proportion of fat?stool and thirst was basically stable.The proportion of fat tongue and teeth-marked tongue is always low.In terms of correlation of clinical manife?stations of traditional Chinese medicine:Most patients were dizzy or dizziness with top-heavy,top-heavy and headache,top-heavy and greasy coating when they were admitted to the hospital;When it came to the 7th day and the 14th day,most of them were greasy coating and dizzy or dizziness?greasy coating and sticky and greasy in mouth.slippery pulse and dizzy or dizziness,When it came to the21th day,Common symptoms were anorexia and slippery pulse.greasy coating and thick fur.thick fur and slippery pulse;When it came to the 28th day,mainly common symptoms were slippery pulse and thick fur?slippery pulse and sticky and greasy in mouth?slippery pulse and teeth-marked tongue.Among all of the symptoms,slippery pulse and sticky and greasy in mouth were maintained at a higher co-occurrence at all times.Conclusion:clinical characterization of Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke phlegm presents dynamic evolution at different time.The symptom mainly can be dizziness,top-heavy,headache,dull expression,expectoration or phlegm in larynx in its early stage;greasy coating and slippery pulse have always played an important role.Phlegm dampness and internal wind syndrome,phlegm dampness and blood stasis syndrome are the main TCM pattern factors of ischemic stroke in its acute stage.The Application of complex network technology is feasible in the field of TCM pattern factors TCM clinical characterization.
