| ObjectiveThis study through to push myelopathy type was neck disease(liver and kidney deficiency type)of postoperative patients with research,it can be divided into research group and control group,and carries on the randomized controlled clinical research,to observe the curative effect of tomifying qi and pith party and security,and to explore traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate myelopathy type was neck disease mechanism and methods of the postoperative residual symptoms.Methods36 patients with myelopathy type cervical vertebra disease(liver and kidney deficiency type)postoperative patients in clinic order random grouping,1:1 points into research group and the control group.The study group treated patients with mec-cobalamin tablets +yishen-nourishing medullary granules,and the control group was treated with a cobalamin tablet + placebo.JOA score comparison and analysis were performed before and after treatment respectively.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and observe the adverse reactions.ResultsTwo groups of patients were treated with the benefit of medullary pill and the treatment of the placebo and the placebo,after 8 weeks of treatment and follow-up.Treatment group and control group in week 1 JOA scores were 14.02 +/-1.11,1.11 +/-1.11,p = 0.992(p>0.05),curative effect evaluation of p = 0.060(p>0.05),shows that in the treatment of week 1,tomifying qi and pith party + armor cobalt amine + armor cobalt amine treatment effect and the placebo pills treatment effect.Treatment group and control group in week 2 JOA scores were 15:00 +/-1.01,1.01 +/-1.17,p = 0.001(p<0.05),curative effect evaluation of p =0.022(p<0.05),in the treatment of week 2,tomifying qi and pith party + armor cobalt amine+ armor cobalt amine treatment effect is better than placebo pills treatment effect.Treatment group and control group in 3 weeks JOA scores were 15.00,14.00,1.01 mm +/-1.17,p =0.001(p<0.05),curative effect evaluation of p = 0.022(p<0.05),explain in the treatment of 3 weeks,tomifying qi and pith party + armor cobalt amine + armor cobalt amine treatment effect is better than placebo pills treatment effect.Group and control group in the treatment of 4 weeks JOA scores were 15.64 +/-0.93,0.93 +/-1.08,p = 0.000(p<0.05),curative effect evaluation of p = 0.019(p<0.05),explain in the treatment of 4 weeks,tomifying qi and pith party + armor cobalt amine + armor cobalt amine treatment effect is better than placebo pills treatment effect.Treatment group and control group 6 weeks JOA scores were 15.94,14.20.93 mm +/-1.11,p = 0.000(p<0.05),curative effect evaluation of p = 0.003(p<0.05),explain in the treatment of 6 weeks,tomifying qi and pith party + armor cobalt amine + armor cobalt amine treatment effect is better than placebo pills treatment effect.Treatment group and control group in 8 weeks JOA scores were 16.64,14.25 0.54 mm +/-1.11,P = 0.000(P<0.05),curative effect evaluation of P = 0.001(P<0.05),explain in the treatment of 8 weeks,tomifying qi and pith party + armor cobalt amine + armor cobalt amine treatment effect is better than placebo pills treatment effect.After treatment in patients with symptoms were improved to a certain extent,and no adverse reaction occurred,upper limb sensory,motor,and the number of lower limb dysfunction of sensory,motor and total score after treatment and follow-up period was significantly reduced,the various ratings,upper limb motor and sensory function score,lower limb motor and sensory function score and total score all have obvious difference.ConclusionAccording to the statistics results of the two groups before and after treatment,tomifying qi and improve on the pulp party myelopathy type was push cervical disease,liver and kidney deficiency type of postoperative residual symptoms and signs have certain curative effect,tomifying qi and pith party with a cobalt amine piece treatment effect is better than a cobalt amine treatment effect,and each group have found no adverse reaction,safe and reliable treatment. |
