Objective:To detecte the level of chemokine CX3CL1 and its receptor CX3CR1,interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)in peripheral blood of patients with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,flow cytometry was used to detecte the CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells in peripheral blood.The correlation between angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the above indexes is explored by comparing the differences between the patients with coronary heart disease and the healthy people,and the correlation between the blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and the above indexes is explored by comparing the differences between the blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and the non blood stasis syndrome.New ideas are provided for the pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome of heart disease.Methods:104 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected as coronary heart disease angina pectoris group in the Department of Cardiology of Guang’ anmen hospital from November 2017 to February 2018,and 24 healthy volunteers were selected as healthy control group in the South District medical center of Guang’ anmen hospital.Referring to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris and Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of unstable angina pectoris and non ST elevation myocardial infarction,issued by the Chinese Medical Association for cardiovascular diseases in 2007,angina patients were divided into stable angina pectoris group and unstable angina pectoris group.Referring to the consensus of TCM and Western medicine for blood stasis syndrome was issued by the Chinese Academy of integrative medicine and the Specialized Committee in 2010,angina patients were divided into blood stasis syndrome group and non blood stasis syndrome group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the level of CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells in peripheral blood,and the levels of CX3CL1,CX3CR1,IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha in peripheral blood of patients with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The above indexes were compared between patients with angina pectoris and healthy people,patients with stable angina and unstable angina pectoris,patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome and non blood stasis syndrome,and the correlation between CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells,CX3CL1,CX3CR1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.Result:1.The level of CX3CL1,CX3CR1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4H+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells in patients with angina pectoris were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).2.The level of CX3CL1,CX3CR1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28+CX3CR1+T cells in the patients with unstable angina were higher than those with stable angina pectoris,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The level of CX3CL1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28+CX3CR1+T cells in patients with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease were higher than those with non blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).4.The blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease is positively correlated with CX3CL1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells level(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of CX3CL1,CX3CR1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells increased in patients with coronaryheart disease.2.The level of CX3CL1,CX3CR1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28+CX3CR1+T cells were raised in patients with unstable angina pectoris.3.The level of CX3CL1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28+CX3CR1+T cells were increased in patients with blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.4.The blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease was positively correlated with CX3CL1,IFN-gamma,TNF-alpha,CD4+CD28-T cells,CD4+CX3CR1+T cells,and CD4+CD28-CX3CR1+T cells level.
