Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Jiedu Tongluo Recipe In The Treatment Of Primary Biliary Cholangitis

Objective:1 Observe the application of this study are to bear to oxygen cholic acid with yiqi jiedu t2dm party bear bile acid to oxygen in treatment of primary biliary cholangitis,after,to begin with 3 months and 6 months of treatment,through comparison between control group and treatment group before and after the TCM syndrome integral,symptoms and signs,liver function,B ultrasonic,tongue and adverse events were analyzed and evaluated.2 Provide evidence-based evidence for the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis by Chinese medicine yiqi jiedu tongluo decoction.Methods:A total of 32 PBC patients who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to the hepatitis clinic of dongzhimen hospital from September 2015 to January 2018.In strict accordance with the set of criteria for this study are collected,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group of 16 patients with yiqi jiedu t2dm with bear bile acid to oxygen therapy,the control group 16 cases using bear bile acid treatment to oxygen.Patients,respectively,to begin with 3 months,6 months treatment in TCM syndrome integral,liver function changes,B ultrasonic change situation,tongue like change and record adverse events,and the results are analysis and evaluation.SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical treatment,and p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)Curative effect of TCM syndromes:clinical observation showed that the control group had 16 cases,including 0 cases with obvious effect,5 cases with effective effect and 11 cases with ineffective effect,with obvious efficiency of 0 and total effective rate of 31%.There were 16 cases in the treatment group,including 8 cases with obvious effect,8 cases with effective effect and 0 cases with ineffective effect.The apparent efficiency was 50%and the total effective rate was 100%.There was a difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after 3 and 6 months of treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The main symptoms and signs:after treatment for 3 months,6 months,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups,two methods of treatment can reduce the patient's symptoms and signs,and some symptoms improved in treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Test indicators:both treatment methods can improve the test indicators after 3 months and 6 months of treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4)Ultrasound:control group and treatment group therapy for 3 months,6 months,and there was no statistically significant difference B ultrasonic changes before treatment,two groups of treatment for 3 months,6 months and ultrasound before without change,may be associated with shorter treatment time and less sample size.(5)The main adverse events:treatment of 2 cases appeared in the process of abnormal defecate,1 case was accompanied by dizziness,immediately to line 3 patients electrocardiogram(ecg),blood routine,mainland based inspection routine and blood pressure,not seen obvious abnormity index.(6)Tongue,tongue coating in 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the treatment group by Huang Hou greasy tongue coating mainly to thin yellow greasy,thin white is given priority to,the control improvement is not obvious,that wet and heat toxin factor for patients treated with Chinese traditional medicine after improvement.After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the tongue mass of the treatment group changed from dark red to light red,while that of the control group showed no significant change,indicating that the pathogenic factors of dampness and heat were improved after taking Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Confirmed through the test,the bear to oxygen cholic acid in combination with yiqi jiedu t2dm party in treatment of primary biliary cholangitis in TCM syndrome,symptoms and signs,liver index,improve tongue has exact curative effect,and superior to bear to oxygen cholic acid group,in terms of B ultrasonic and deoxidation bear bile acid group of indifference.
