Correlation Between The Distribution Of Chronic Gastritis Syndrome And Serum Pepsinogen And Gastrin

Objective:Gastric cancer,as one of the major malignant diseases that threaten human health,has been a hot topic among scholars at home and abroad.Process of the occurrence of gastric cancer in cascade,including chronic atrophic gastritis is an important link in the process of what happened in the stomach.Pepsinogen and gastrin-17 are important indicators of serological screening and have strong specificity and sensitivity to early diagnosis of cancer.This research in the prophase syndrome and serology,on the basis of related research,continue to optimize the research plan,explore chronic stomach hot cancer transformation in the process of serum pepsinogen,stomach gastrin-releasing expression differences in different syndrome types.Interleukin 6 and interleukin 8 is an important inflammatory factor,tumor necrosis factor alpha is a proinflammatory cytokines,involved in inflammation and immmune response,using pepsin,stomach gastrin-17,interleukins and tumor necrosis factor alpha joint detection,explore chronic stomach hot carcinoma the index change rule,in the process of looking for new ways to increase the rate of early cancer screening for gastric cancer,in order to further improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and improve the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:This study was divided into two parts.The first part of the study used cross-sectional survey method to collect four diagnostic information of patients with chronic gastritis and establish four diagnostic information Banks.The four diagnostic information of patients with chronic gastritis were excavated and analyzed,and the distribution patterns and differences of syndromes were obtained.The second part studies by ELISA,enzyme-linked immunoassay,for patients with chronic gastritis serum pepsinogen,stomach secrete hormone,interleukin,tumor necrosis factor alpha testing,combined with clinical research results,with different syndrome types of chronic atrophic gastritis patients and patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of serological indexes of expression level difference analysis,comparison and analysis between different syndrome types of chronic gastritis patients serum index to express the differences.Results:(1)This study collected 216 cases of chronic gastritis with qualified serum,including 112 cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis and 102 cases of atrophic gastritis;There were 66 males and 150 females.The age distribution of CNAG patients was approximately the same as that of CAG patients,and the patients in CNAG were mostly aged between 31 and 50,with an average age of 44 years.CAG patients were mostly aged between 41 and 60,with an average age of 51.(2)According to the extraction of syndrome elements,216 patients with chronic gastritis finally got 8 types of syndromes,among which,CNAG involved 6 syndromes and CAG involved 8 syndromes.Chronic non atrophic gastritis syndromes types have 6 kinds,in turn,is to change(23 cases),liver stomach with(21 cases),followed by wet trapped(19 cases),liver stomach wind-cold(17 cases),spleen and stomach,hot and humid(19 cases),spleen and stomach cold(15 cases),prompted by the empirical,the types of factors syndromes distribution;Chronic atrophic gastritis syndromes types have 8 kinds,followed by wet trapped pixu(spleen deficient)(14 cases),spleen and stomach cold(14 cases),gastric stasis winding resistance(14 cases),liver(13 cases),liver stomach wind-cold pixu(spleen deficient)(13 cases),liver stomach with(12 cases),spleen and stomach wet and heat(11 cases),stomach Yin deficiency(11 cases),prompt is given priority to with deficiency syndrome,factors,accord with the results of the clinical epidemiological investigation of large sample.(3)Through statistical analysis,the CAG group is CNAG PGI and PGR levels showed a trend of decrease,and G-17 showed a trend of increase,illustrates what we have done the work to verify the guidelines issued by consensus,now conform to gastric cancer early cancer screening index trend of the expression level of these three indicators have research significance in clinic,with the international mainstream research is consistent,we conducted the experiment design is meaningful.(4)Between different syndrome types of chronic gastritis patients serum PG,PGR,GAS expression level there is an obvious difference,and the empirical expression of class syndromes is more significant difference,namely the contraction and contraction under different types of syndromes,we found its real heat syndrome should be deficiency syndrome difference is bigger syndromes types,there is an obvious expression of differences,but factors such syndromes type expression difference is not obvious.Specifically,the CAG group was significantly lower than the CNAG group in the serum PGI of the three syndromes of liver and stomach,liver and stomach heat syndrome,and spleen and stomach heat syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with CNAG group g-17 level,the CAG group significantly increased in the three syndromes of spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome,liver and stomach stagnation syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and deficiency of spleen and stomach,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of expression trend,the expression level of g-17 and PGR and the overall expression level of the liver and stomach were opposite to that of the CAG.(5)Interleukin 6 and interleukin 8,the expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha levels in the patients with atrophic gastritis,and atrophic gastritis patients have obvious differences,and associated with intestinal metaplasia or hyperplasia groups interleukin levels higher than the pure atrophy,including HP positive patients with gastritis serum IL-6,IL-8 expression level higher than the HP negative patients with chronic gastritis,the expression level of serum TNF alpha below HP negative patients with chronic gastritis,and with the increase of pathological severity,serum IL-8,IL-6 expression level increased,the expression level of TNF alpha is on the decline.Conclusion:(1)The distribution of syndromes in different pathological stages of chronic gastritis is different,and the pathogenesis of "virtual inclusion and virtual deficiency" is presented.(2)The application of serum pepsinogen,stomach gastrin-releasing early cancer screening,can joint inflammation factor,interleukin 6 and interleukin 8,TNF alpha is analyzed,at the same time the joint of traditional Chinese medicine,can predict more accurately the progress of the patients with precancerous lesions.
