Objective:To observe the features of TCM syndromes and the fluctuation rules and peaks of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. To analyze the correlation between TCM syndrome characteristics and ambulatory blood pressure peaks in essential hypertension and provide an objective reference for the clinical differentiation of hypertension patients. For the clinical treatment of hypertension provide ideas.Method::According to the inclusion criteria,160 patients with primary hypertension who were seen in this hospital were collected. The data collected from the four medical clinics were collected for syndrome differentiation, and the ambulatory blood pressure reports were collected. The blood pressure differences between different syndromes were compared according to the TCM syndrome analysis. The data obtained was recorded in Excel and analyzed using SPSS20.0.Result:1.There were a total of 160 patients in this clinical study.According to the syndrome differentiation of T.CM four types of diagnosis,37 cases of phlegm and phlegm were included, accounting for 23.1%of the total sample volume;49 cases of Yin deficiency and yang syndrome accounted for 30.6%of the total sample size;Thirty-nine cases of phlegm dampness were recorded, accounting for 21.3%of the total sample size;40 cases of yin and yang deficiency accounted for 25%of the total sample size.2.The comparison of TCM syndromes and gender of hypertension shows that there are significant differences between the two, with statistical significance. The syndrome of liver fibrosis is mostly male, and the deficiency of yin and yang and the syndrome of yin deficiency and yang are mostly women. The ratio of men and women is about the same.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome type and age of hypertension found that the age of the patients with liver and blood stasis syndrome was the lowest, and the hypertension patients with yin and yang deficiency were the oldest. The age of hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang stagnation syndrome and hyperactivity of phlegm and dampness syndrome were aged.Between the two, this is consistent with the patient's disease progression and disease progression.4.The TCM syndrome type and grading of hypertension, because of the small sample size, there are only 3 cases of Grade 1 hypertension,so it is mainly to compare TCM syndrome with Grade 2 and Grade 3 hypertension. After the chi-square test,it was found that there was a significant difference between the TCM syndrome type of hypertension and hypertension classification, which was statistically significant. After comparing the four types of syndromes,it was found that there was no statistical difference between the Yin Deficiency Yang Deficiency Syndrome and the Phlegm Deficiency Syndrome, and there was a significant difference between the remaining syndromes, which was statistically significant.5.Comparison of circadian rhythm changes of TCM syndrome type and hypertension found that there are significant differences between different syndrome types of blood pressure and blood pressure circadian rhytum, which is statistically significant. The chi-square test of the four types of syndromes showed that there was no significant difference in the hypertension of the dampness and dampness syndromes and the deficiency of Yin and Yang shuo syndrome. There was no statistically significant difference betiween the groups. There were significant differences among the other groups.Statistical significance.6.There are differences in the peak time of blood pressure among the four types of syndromes, mainly focusing on the time.time, application time, and time. The peaks of hypertensive liver and blood stasis type,Yin deficiency and impotence type were mainly concentrated in the time of Chen's time and the time of hemorrhoids. The peak of hypertensive hemorrhoids was mainly concentrated in Chen's time and Shen's time. The peak of hypertension of Yin and Yang deficiency type was mainly concentrated in the time of hemorrhoids and At the time. Conclusions:The syndrome differentiation of essential hypertension has a certain correlation with its disease progression. The phlegm type of phlegm and yin deficiency type and the type of yin deficiency and impotence are closer to the physiological changes of normal blood pressure.Hypertension of yin and yang type is in the late stage of the development of hypertension, and it has the biggest difference from the normal physiological function of the human body, and the patient's age is also the highest. There was no significant difference in blood pressure between genders, ages, grades, and circadian rhythms of blood stasis and phlegm type...
