| Objective:1.Explore the influence of TD on the subjective quality of life of children,and analyze possible influencing factors such as gender,age,course of disease,severity of disease,common disease,etc.2.Via comparing the alteration of YGTSS scores and the subjective quality of life scores after six-month treatment with Jingxinzhidong decoction,to evaluate the efficacy of Jingxinzhidong decoction in TD treatment and the impact on the quality of life.3.According to the characteristics of each dimension in the quality of life of different children,individualized therapeutic schedule and daily care instruction.Methods:1.Al1 the cases chosen from outpatients of pediatric department in Guang'anmen hospital,by applying DSM-V as the inclusion criteria of TD,resulting in 131 cases in case group and 50 cases in control group.The patients in the case group were treated for 6 months,and use YGTSS score as evaluation methods of efficacy,and the hepatorenal functionand and urine routine test were monitored during the treatment to ensure safety.2.Choose the Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ)to assess the case group children's quality of life satisfaction before and after six-month treatment,for the control group,the scale was filled only when the children were first diagnosed.Result:1.After 6 months of treatment,the score-reducing rate indicated 30 cases of excellent effective,65 cases of effective and 24 cases of noneffective,with an overall effectiveness of 79.7%.2.1n cases group,children's ISLQ in family life,peer relationship,school life,experience the living environment,self-awareness,depression,anxiety,body emotional experience,cognitive,emotional and total score were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).3.TD+ADHD children's peer association,school life,and depression experience were significantly lower than TD group(P<0.01).The score of depressive experience of female children was lower than male children(P<0.05),and the anxiety experience score was significantly lower than male children(P<0.01),and there was no statistical difference in the scores of other dimensions.4.Different severity of children in family life,peer relationship,school life,depression and body experience emotional,cognitive component and total score are significantly difference(P<0.01),the three groups of children in the living environment dimension has differences(P<0.05),and negatively related to the severity,there are no statistical difference in the scores of self-awareness and emotion.5.The depression experience,anxiety experience,body emotional experience cognitive and total score have negative correlation with the severity.The chool life,depression experience and total score have negative correlation with age.6.After six-month treatment,case group children's family life,peer relationship,school life,living environment,self-awareness,depression,anxiety,cognitive,emotional and the total score increased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.01),body emotional experience increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Jingxinzhidong decoction is effective and safety in TD treatment,and reconfirmed the therapeutic theory in tic disorder treatment proposed by Prof.Han Fei.2.The quality of life of children with TD was lower than normal children,and the difference was statistically significant,even mild TD children have lower emotional,cognitive and total score,suggesting that we should be aware of the psychologic of TD children.3.The results suggested that female children had lower anxiety and depression experiences than male children,which may be related to physical and mental development and personality.4.Compared with different severity TD children,the satisfaction of the emotional component decreased with the severity of the disease.TD children's quality of life increased after treatment,and the quality of life is negatively related to the age and severity,it also reconfirmed the therapeutic theory in tic disorder treatment proposed by Prof,Han Fei. |
